Free unchained bike on 101 overhill if anyone wants it? Back tyre is flat and needs a bit of love. I'll leave it for the day and will chain back up otherwise.

Hi, my boiler is probably over 15 years old and i live in 1 bed flat. I'm weighing up if i can afford a new boiler v the cost of what is expected as more and more issues (we've had 2 issues in last year). 

I really can't afford to spend over £2k for a boiler.

Does anyone have any advice for a 1 bed flat in terms of boiler cost?

I'm returning to East Dulwich in a few weeks and eager to see if anyone is up for a game of casual table tennis - one off or as a weekly thing - i'm a 38 yo male for context I have played for fitness whilst living aboard and my level is ok - but by no means good. If anyone is interested and knows where to play in the East Dulwich area please do drop me a message - any levels is good for me unless you're super good as I will undoubtedly frustrate you with my lack of skill - i play for fitness primarily.

Any one else hear it? Second night in a row that music is being blasted out until the early hours.

I remember the days, albeit vividly, when the EDF was good; a place to find interesting debate, what is going on in the local area, alongside various other things of East Dulwich life.

It feels like it has started to go downhill in the last few years with ridiculous arguments all over the place.

Maybe it's time to take those arguments and meet face-to-face? Maybe over a cheeky half in the Plough? Certainly the EDF is not the place for this.

We've got an issue in our flat were the water tends to run unless we fiddle with the system unscientifically. Is there anyone whom could pop over to see what the problem is/any idea of a plumber whom could help?

Starting to get water on Overhill now :) Albeit slow and limited pressure

Probably a strange question but any idea of how long this will take to fix going by past experience/what you've been told? Quite possibly the worst day of the year to have no water.
