    ‘Reflections in Nature’ is an exhibition at the Paxton Centre featuring the diverse work of 9 local artists, photographers & printmakers . The exhibition will run until 28th March.     Hi, Everyone You’re invited to my ‘Open Studio’ on the weekends of 11-12th & 18-19th May from 11-6pm as once again, I’m taking part in Dulwich Arts Festival’s ‘Artists Open House’ I’ll be showing a new series of mixed media landscapes and also more ‘local landmarks’ & cityscapes & still life paintings in my live/work space in a converted Victorian school.     Hidden House Gallery is hosting an exhibition with over 30 artists from Nunhead and surrounding areas, showing original paintings, photographs, limited edition prints, mixed media, ceramics, sculptures and much more. The exhibition has now been extended and there will be some new work on display as well.     What's your favourite local building or place in SE22, SE15 SE21 or SE23?? I'm an artist based in East Dulwich and have made a series of paintings of various favourites of mine such as the Horniman Conservatory, Manzes Eel + Pie shop, Dulwich Picture gallery, several local pubs, etc etc. I am just about to start on a few new ones in time for the Dulwich Festival 'Artists Open House' and thought it would be great to get other people's suggestions, so do add a reply if you have any suggestions - thanks!     I shall be taking part in the Artists' Open House, Dulwich Festival again this year on the weekends of May 13-14 and 20-21st, (11am - 6pm ) showing new mixed media paintings and prints from my studio in a converted Victorian school just off Northcross Road.     Steve's wonderful house is absolutely worth a visit, when it's open. A visual feast, and moving stories behind the making of it. We are so lucky to have it in East Dulwich. It's a shame that his fab mosaic floor at the front what was The Blue Mountain Cafe (then rock Steady Rum lounge) got covered up with a dark wooden floor on top....     Hi again Smiley when I open the free version of VivaVideo , it's asking me to do a '14 day Free trial' of the paid app - did you manage to use it for free without having to do a refundable payment? I can't seem to do that...

    thanks for the suggestion, Smiley I had a quick look at VivaVideo on the app store - it says 'free trial'of the premium features - did you get that as well or do you find the free version is enough? I'll probably only be using it for a one-off....

    I need to make a sort video of a series of my paintings for my website (like a slideshow, just flicking from image A to image B, image C and so on) ) and for an exhibition - any suggestions for the simplest way to do this? I saw a few apps that seem to do the job but don't know which would be the simplest to use. Some seemed very expensive so if there are any free ones which would work that would be good.It would be handy to be able to use it for Instagram too.. Or I have an iMac which I could have a go on if not... thanks for any suggestions.
