Good Evening, Thank you for this post. Yes, I agree TCND are not Safeguarding the children properly and I am concerned that members of staff do not take report’s seriously. I too have concerns and was going to address the Governors, however, reading what you have written makes me think that they are all init together. I just can’t wait for my children to finish at this school. So to answer your question, no they have not improved their Safeguarding and yes I believe that it is an institutional issue. I hope that helps.
