Yeah, unfortunately it gets booked up quickly, so you need to get onto the booking system well in advance. If there is no option, it's because there is some other event like a swim class on.

Agreed. It's massively over-priced, but it keeps my boy really happy for a few pounds and isn't causing any harm, so why not?

If it's just protein powder it's fine for a 16 year old. Kidney problems? Is it creatine? Even that will likely be ok but that's all I can think of.
