  1. Hi there

My mum lost her iPhone with a light pink and blue transparent cover (with shape of a unicorn) yesterday evening.  The phone itself without the cover is a red coloured iPhone.

Would have been lost yesterday evening somewhere between top of Landcroft Road and Denmark Hill station (she took the number 40 bus from opposite Sainsbury's Local)

If anyone happens to have picked it up please let me know !

    Many thanks

    Michael

  2. Dave is by far the best plumber we've worked with in the area. Probably the best plumber we've worked with ever. Very honest, reliable and extremely good at his job. Definitely the first plumber you should call if you have any plumbing or drains problems.
  3. We've had a really positive experience at Butterfly Lane. Our daughter started back in February when it opened and we knew she wouldn't be easy to settle in but the staff were very patient and did a really good job. As far as we can see they do go out most days and for the last few months there has been a weekly timetable of the trips they do on each day of the week. When they weather is bad I suspect they might not go out but as the main room is a huge church hall with lots to do I doubt the children get bored.

Our daughter isn't of an age where government funding would apply so we can't comment on that. She only goes for 3 half days. However, generally we've been happy with food, being notified of accidents, no issues with staff lateness etc.

She's generally happy on drop offs. It can be difficult to get her to leave the nursery on pick ups - which we take to be a good sign!

  4. Hi Moderator - I was looking to meet and connect with fellow Latin American and Spanish families in the area. It's not a business and I'm not running a class. Should I have posted in the family classifieds section? When I looked through it it seemed to be purely for people running businesses and looking to buy/sell things which I didn't really think related to us.. when you get time some more guidance would be much appreciated :-)
  5. Any Spanish speaking families in the area interested in meeting up?

Would be lovely to be in touch with more parents with Latin American and Spanish backgrounds. A concern I?m sure we all share is that the language and culture will get lost here in South London.

Not sure what the format would be but perhaps there?s enough of us for an informal meet up ?
