Just to second what Liz has said above, we worked with Keith Whitworth to do our side extension and new loft.

Keith did the drawings, supervised the build and helped with building regs, party walls etc. He was great, and always put it extra time/effort without any complaint or additional charge.

As an update - James got back in contact with us after the 3-4 months silence and has reimbursed the money.

Just as a warning to other users, we paid a ?900 deposit for materials but then James went MIA.
