Ha ha that's a great reply to those people lecturing on the evils of letting out a flat, Twinkle aka Mrs Rachman.

There are many other places for people to spout their opinions, in MY opinion.

What about Rye in Sussex- we like the feel of the town but what's it like to actually live there - does anyone know people who live there??

We've lived in East Dulwich for the past 24 years but need to move somewhere cheaper to release some money from our flat - we're thinking probably south of here, within commuting distance of London bridge (up to about an hour or a bit more) but it's very hard to find the right place which is also cheaper to buy. We're artists/ designers aged 55- 57 and would like to be somewhere in an arty / alternative town or large village. Several friends of ours have moved out and most have found it very hard to settle elsewhere after being in SE22.

We've seen lots of places which we know are NOT where we want to be eg Sevenoaks (great location but very stuffy and expensive) but would love to hear any suggestions of places which might be a better fit.

We would love to hear good and bad reports of places, thanks.

How big is the collage in the 3rd image (the larger image)and what colour is the frame?

A lost dog wouldn't be able to get into this back garden by accident though...

We heard it again this morning. It's coming from a garden on Archdale road SE22 on the west side nearish the Northcross road end.

Does anyone know which garden the dog which has been barking and yelping most of the day is in? It sounds as though it is in distress and we think it must have been locked out in the garden and the owners have gone out.

So far out of the suggestions 'Rouges at the Rivoli 70s 80s music' sounds good, (maybe followed by King's A+E.)

We're looking for a club or something for a big group of us to go out and have a good dance on Sat 18th Feb - Motown, 70s-80s music sort of thing. Have been to Bussey so maybe somewhere different. It could be central London if there's not anything on here on that Saturday. Any ideas/ suggestions?
