Boarded up house on corner in Crystal palace Road.

I tried to buy that house one a couple of years ago, that is the one on the corner of Acre Drive and found out that it was owned by the Coventry Scaffolding people. He had no interest in discussing it and was pretty rude. He claimed they were going to do it up and sell it but that was probably 3 years back now. Seems a real shame as it's a great building. -
Does anyone know of any hills in the area that would be good for sledging?
