police helicopter hovering over the rye circa 9pm

I have to say, I am always confused by these threads, as a previous poster stated, there is at least one police helicopter hovering over ED/Peckham/Nunhead/Camberwell every week (I can see all 4 areas from my attic window!) Why do people seeem so surprised by it? This is London! -
