I have sent you a pm. I am a broadcast film editor & filmmaker.

You are a timewasting moron, with nothing better to do than to clog up my inbox with silly comments! I have no intention of ever selling you any of my benches.

Can I suggest you offer them some home made cake, laced with some sort of poison, that might do the trick.

I will send you a PM and we can discuss. Thanks

Cabin fever and lack of funds has prompted me into making Garden Benches. They are handcrafted, please get in touch if you would like one made for your garden.

I filmed & spoke to him while he was carving the trunk, he used a chainsaw as well as chisels. I still have the footage but have not edited it yet!
Here is a still.

You sound like his business partner!! Oh dear.

Someone posing as a good will gardener, entering elderly and infirm peoples houses is not a good idea. This is not community spirit, it is blatant salesmanship and potentially deadly due to the current social distancing policies. You are deluded if you think otherwise. This is dangerous and irresponsible!
-
Not a good idea, especially if you have no side access. Your so called elderly person would have to open the door to you and there would be other complications undoubtably.
Stick to the government policy Gardenman! Tend your own garden first...!

Gardenman, your nose is growing!

I'm not so sure Gardenman..you are telling porky pies!

I am a filmmaker, last year I spent five months filming Harmonious, a choir set up by Mind in Westminster. The film looks at individual mental health stories and the freedom and expression the choir gives to people. Their first performance was singing in front of 500 people at Kensington Great Hall. They gathered momentum and confidence and both sang and spoke about their personal experiences of Mental Health in the gardens of 10 Downing Street.
The film premiered at the Curzon Cinema Victoria on World Mental Health Day.

I was involved in a cycle taxi service in Downham, Catford about 16 years ago. We had two bikes, big heavy 3 wheelers and would pickup pensioners from their homes and take them to the local Tescos and then take them home again. We were sponsered by local business owners. Most of the elderly people we picked up had relatives who lived far away and could not help day to day, we were a reliable and friendly bonus to their lives, often giving them lifts to their friends two or three streets away. At the time I was surprised how hardy they were, getting on the back seat of our three wheelers in the middle of winter. I'd be happy to get involved, my skills as a filmmaker might be of some use. Andrea who posted previously used to run a fantastic bike shop,I have a handlebar fetish and he had lots of really nice ones!

I create enchanting, elegant brick paths made out of reclaimed London stock bricks, usually varying in colour from shades of muted yellow to reds with black firing flecks. They have great character and sit in their environment beautifully. Please PM me if you would like one built.
