Our daughter has lost her favourite toy 💔 She was last seen on a wall on Landells Road on Sunday evening (14/5) but was gone before we could get there. She is much loved and sorely missed. Marvin and his team did our kitchen extension in East Dulwich (June - September 2020), and were terrific from start to finish. The job was on completed on time, which was a massive effort given the difficulties of the lockdown. It was also on budget; Marvin was very clear from the initial quote and all the way through the job on costings which was extremely helpful (we?ve found other companies to be fairly opaque on quotes for jobs).

The quality of the finish is excellent - Marvin and his team clearly take real pride in their work. Marvin was always available on the phone to discuss, and was personally on site daily to check on progress and that we were happy with how the job was proceeding.

Finally, Marvin and his team (Dave, Alvin and John in particular, but the whole team) were a real pleasure to deal with - while he?s deadly serious when it comes to achieving a quality result (and on time), he?s very focused too on taking the stress out of doing building works on your house and we had a laugh throughout the job. That made a massive difference.

Would certainly recommend Sky High Builders and for whatever we next need doing we will definitely pick up the phone to Marvin.

Just wondering if people in the Landells/Goodrich/Crystal Palace Road area could keep an eye out for our cat's missing collar. It is purple leather and has a gold bell and ID tag. It may be in a garden or stuck up a tree. Thanks so much!

Another recommendation for Greg!

We have used him for several jobs over the past year, including putting up pictures and lights, installing a catflap, and recently a big job involving decorating a number of rooms as well as sanding, dying and varnishing our floorboards. He has always done a great job!

Greg is a really nice guy and very helpful, reliable, and efficient. We will certainly continue to use him.

Another update to this thread. I recently commissioned Jessica Kendrew (JRK) to do a portrait of our house including a detail of our cat - she did an absolutely amazing job and was lovely to work with. We are delighted with the painting and can't recommend her enough.

Another very positive review for Elliot. We found him on here after reading the thread and asked him to build some fitted bookcases for our alcoves. He did a really great job - they look absolutely fantastic and are exactly what we had in mind. He is also a really nice guy and very efficient, helpful, and reliable. I am sure we will use him again!
