Yes indeed. We have an email address which is met.pnn.police.uk and a crime number. I ask the question because it sounded as though a ward police officer might be more local. -

Many thanks for the advice. Could you let me know where to contact the ward police officers? I was in London just for the day visiting my son-in-law (to whom the bike belonged). -
Does anyone know this man? We have ten minute CCTV footage showing him cutting through the lock and cycling off.
