Hi, This lovely (female I think) cat has been hanging around in our garden on Glengarry Road for the last 3 days. She is very affectionate, seems a bit skinny and has no collar. I've resisted feeding her so far - she tends to be around in the morning and evening and disappears in the day. If you recognise her please let me know. If she's still around on Saturday I'll take her to the vet to see if she is chipped. Thanks Alice 07904 974803

Not sure if this is relevant to the above, but a friend of mine recently used a company called Buildpath for some initial advice on a proposed side return, which I seem to remember cost her a few hundred pounds. They provided floor plans, a 3D model/renders, planning guidance and a project report. They can definitely help you out with the initial stages without you committing to thousands in fees. Also a good option if you are thinking about buying a property and weighing up the pros and cons of an extension or loft. https://www.buildpath.io/ [email protected] 02032858330

The Spin Doctor (Appliance Repair) Recommendation

I'd also like to recommend Steve who fixed my washing machine today. A very prompt and efficient service. -

Rotten thieves stole my black casserole pan 10 minutes after I had left it on my doorstep for trick or treaters while doing the rounds with my own kids. Was probably older kids as it is really heavy. If you see an oval cast iron pan that matches the lid of attached pic, please let me know. I live on Crystal Palace Road near Pellat/silvester road. Thanks

Hello, Does anyone have any experience of the English classes run in Peckham at LVC and whether they are any good? My au pair is waiting to start a course in January in Clapham and considering these in the meantime. We would appreciate any comments or reviews before she signs up. Thank you

Hi, Does anyone who went through it last year have any advice regarding the slightly daunting appeals panel meeting for Charter? I've got mine next week and would appreciate any information. Please feel free to PM me. Thank you.

Have you tried the recumbant bike place in dulwich park? One of their staff gave some very useful advice when we were teaching our son to ride. I bet they could recommend someone. Good luck! -
Please recommend some books for a 5 year old girl

Great suggestions everybody, thanks so much! I loved Enid Blyton as a child and amazing to know that she's stood the test of time. I greatly enjoyed re-reading the Faraway Tree books with my older boys. Love the sound of Sara Ogilvie and Jill Murphy's books and will check out those links too.
