I second that recommendation. Tim and his colleague completed some work for me last week. They were efficient and communication regarding dates and what was required was excellent (unlike another compmany recommended on the EDF who didn?t even bother to call me back).

Someone living near frogley road messaged to say that they recognised her, so I'll put some more posters up around there just in case.

This lovely (female I think) cat has been hanging around in our garden on Glengarry Road for the last 3 days. She is very affectionate, seems a bit skinny and has no collar.

I've resisted feeding her so far - she tends to be around in the morning and evening and disappears in the day.

If you recognise her please let me know. If she's still around on Saturday I'll take her to the vet to see if she is chipped.

I second Katgod's recommendation for Buildpath, they gave us some useful advice.

Not sure if this is relevant to the above, but a friend of mine recently used a company called Buildpath for some initial advice on a proposed side return, which I seem to remember cost her a few hundred pounds. They provided floor plans, a 3D model/renders, planning guidance and a project report. They can definitely help you out with the initial stages without you committing to thousands in fees. Also a good option if you are thinking about buying a property and weighing up the pros and cons of an extension or loft.

Rotten thieves stole my black casserole pan 10 minutes after I had left it on my doorstep for trick or treaters while doing the rounds with my own kids. Was probably older kids as it is really heavy.

Have you tried the recumbant bike place in dulwich park? One of their staff gave some very useful advice when we were teaching our son to ride. I bet they could recommend someone.

Great suggestions everybody, thanks so much! I loved Enid Blyton as a child and amazing to know that she's stood the test of time. I greatly enjoyed re-reading the Faraway Tree books with my older boys. Love the sound of Sara Ogilvie and Jill Murphy's books and will check out those links too.
