Hello, I'm currently looking for a well located studio/1 bedroom flat for long term rent ideally before the end of the year but also keen to find the right space and would prefer to take my time. Currently live in East Dulwich and my preference would be to remain in East Dulwich, Peckham Rye, Forest Hill borders, however, I am also open to areas beyond the immediate locale.
