hello, i am leaseholder of a flat in ED and i have received a request from Southwark (the freeholder) of 3900? for repair works carried out last year; even with the cost breakdown it seems really exaggerated... 1000? only for preliminary work and another 1000? for scaffolding! has anyone received a similar request and wish to share experiences/advise?
