Flexibility for a variety of sole use arrangements – alternate weeks, alternate fortnights or 3 nights a week. Additional nights available if needed. Deposit: 1 month’s rent.
In quiet tree-lined Victorian / Georgian area (between Denmark Hill and Peckham Rye stations), only 10 minutes from fashionable Peckham. 5 mins to Bellenden Rd. with butcher, fishmonger, deli, cafes etc.. Peckham Rye Station 9 mins walk. Denmark Hill Station 12 mins walk. Excellent overland rail connections from Peckham Rye, connecting to Windrush line of the London Underground. Overland rail 13 mins to Victoria, 10 mins to London Bridge, 14 mins to Blackfriars and 24 mins to St Pancras.
