Hi All Wanted to recommend very highly Gasparette Home Cleaning Services (07709 333446). I have been using their services for a few years now for my airbnb properties and they have been absolutely brilliant each and every time (about 70 times by my reckoning). They are always incredibly prompt, super polite, clean to an exceptional standard and take great care to ensure the flats are not only dazzling clean but each room is presented perfectly. They have also been incredibly flexible to clean at short notice and are so responsive. When I am working away from London, I can always count on them and they have gone above and beyond on numerous occasions. Their prices are also incredibly reasonable. If you are looking for a cleaner either for regular cleans, or for one-offs, I am not sure this team can be beat. Definitely worth a call! Best Phil

Hi Forum members. I am relocating to Aberdeen for work from mid August or potentially sooner and am wondering if anyone on the forum is looking for a medium or long-term rental. I have been successful in renting it out previously for those doing renovations or in-between moving houses so as I am leaving for at least a year, I thought I would try again before considering going through a letting agent. I have included the link to the airbnb so you can see pictures (some of the rooms have been painted since so some colours are different. Its a great flat and comes complete with everything you will need as its my own home and I rent out on airbnb when I am away. Hi. Another recommendation for Lukasz. I had a long list of little repairs that had been piling up and Lukasz tackled them all brilliantly. He arrived exactly when he said he would and even brought his own vacuum cleaner to tidy up after all the work. Amazing!! Cannot recommend him highly enough, a super talented friendly guy.

Happily adding to the long list of recommendations for Andy. He has done a few jobs for me over the years and just last week came over to sort out some issues in our bathroom and fixed a very old window. He literally came over the next day and got to work and had very thing sorted and fixed in two days. Great workmanship and very reasonably priced. Plus, our Airedale, Toby thought he was just great too 🐶. A top notch guy!

Hi. Looking for renovations for a few areas of work in my flat: 1. Clear out rubble from cellar and make it useable as a storage space. 2. Install 2 cast iron radiators and three other radiators 3. Build a built in wardrobe in one bedroom 4. Install a new boiler. Based near Bellenden Rd and Goose Green. Hoping for works to be completed in the next 4-6 weeks if possible. Thanks Phil
