I have worked with Marvin on three projects over the last 8 years and would not consider using another builder. Most recently Marvin has done a rear extension / side return for a new kitchen as well as renovating the garden and downstairs bathroom. As always I was really impressed with Marvin and his team. He was always on hand throughout the design and build process taking the time to understand what I needed to ensure the right decisions were made first time around. Marvin is very hands on with the planning process and helped to ensure that it was approved quickly as well as helping with party wall and water mains issues. Marvin has a great team around him - always friendly, courteous and punctual and they all take great pride in the quality of their work. I am thrilled with how the work turned out - it's almost like moving into a new home as its made such a difference. As for costs, Marvin's pricing is fair and he keeps overspends to a minimum and is happy to work together to see how costs can be reduced. I have no hesitation in recommending Marvin and many of my friends have also used him.

Marvin was heavily involved throughout the design process and helped me to choose certain tiles and bits of furniture. The house was kept as tidy as possible. Marvin went above and beyond during the build, for example getting 9 men on site to get the bath up the narrow stairs. I am thrilled with the end product. I can also recommend Marvin and his team at Sky High Builders. Marvin designed and built my loft conversion last year and I was very impressed with both the quality of the work as well as Marvin's input in the design stage in addition to his problem solving on the job. Marvin was very responsive and really goes the extra mile to make sure that the build is up to his standards. His team are highly skilled and very polite. I have recommended Marvin to a lot of my friends and they have also been impressed. I have also asked Marvin to start work on more renovations starting soon.
