He installed a 7m fence for me, built some new concrete planters, and removed some bamboo that was being a nuisance.

Nauris recently installed a new garden fence for us and did an excellent job. The work involved installing a concrete retaining wall which the new fence sits on top of; and building, rendering, and filling with top soil some new concrete plant beds for us. His team worked efficiently and tidily, and were really good at checking details with us as the work progressed. To make up for heavy rain on some days, Nauris put extra men on the job to make sure the work was complete on time and we were really impressed by their attention to detail.

The finished fence looks brilliant ? our neighbour on the other side is now having the exact same fence and retaining wall installed, also by Nauris! ? and the whole experience felt easy and well managed. Photos of the finished fence and planters attached.

Not local, but we used Shutterly Fabulous and were really pleased with results. Long lead time (8-10 weeks) from the initial quote to the fitting, but final quality is really good and the installer was very tidy and professional.

Acadia redid the front exterior of our house last September and did a fantastic job. This included excavating the existing concrete in the front garden and laying new tiles. They also rubbed down all front fascias, rebuilt the crumbling masonry sills and basically left the house gleaming. All costs were broken down for us in advance and they communicated brilliantly throughout the process (we'd had a bad previous experience so had lots of questions). Also really appreciated their common sense approach - another builder insisted we get the brickwork acid cleaned which would have been costly, but Acadia told us focusing on the masonry would make a greater impact. They were right!

They have just completed cladding a new staircase and bedroom floor for us out of ash and have done a beautiful job.

They worked with us to understand our requirements, refine the details throughout the project, and were methodical and patient throughout. The final work is of a high standard, and we are now talking to them about re-doing other joinery in our house to bring it up to spec.

They were also really easy to communicate with and open to feedback which has made the process very enjoyable.
