Kyjah replaced a badly damaged fence for me recently with something much more sturdy which looks very good. Great job and reasonably priced, took a lot of care to keep to mess and disruption to a minimum, and arranged disposal of the old fence.  Would recommend.

I called Aria a couple of weeks ago to deal with a leaking pipe in an awkward location. He was able to come that afternoon, very polite and informative, sourcing a carpenter to dismantle part of a cupboard to allow access. All fixed within a couple of hours and fairly priced. I would not hesitate to recommend him, and would happily use him again.

Had Jeremiah clean my windows the other day, whole house inside and out, they had not been cleaned for ages. Very responsive and efficient, great job. Will use again.

Vinton did some external painting at the front of the house for me last week, found him very efficient and he did a good thorough job, also was able to fit us in at relatively short notice. Would definitely recommend him.

I would also like to recommend Niko. He did some work for me several weeks back on our boiler/ water tank and radiators and was very helpful.

I had Andy do a variety of small jobs in my place this week. He was able to fit us in at short notice and managed to do everything quickly, at reasonable rates. Would not hesitate to recommend Andy and certainly will use him again.

We used Andy Jacob again recently for various jobs around the house - hanging a mirror, mounting a TV on the wall, other bits and pieces. Very happy with his work and attention to detail, he is polite and helpful.

I got Aston to do a number of small/ fiddly jobs in my flat the other day. Very efficient and easy to deal with, good value as well. I'd plan on using his services again in the future.

I got Nico out at fairly short notice yesterday to deal with a water problem in my flat. He came round in the evening, sorted it easily and was very reasonably priced. Extremely friendly guy as well, I would not hesitate to use him again.

Would also recommend Dan Bentley - been going to him once a month or so for 4 or 5 months now, worked wonders for ongoing pains in my shoulders and neck. Really good guy as well.

We were in a similar position about 6 months ago - acquired the feeehold of our house of three flats from the previous freeholder.
