David is an excellent Personal Trainer and I would definitely recommend him to help you achieve any of your fitness goals.  I have been training with David for 4 months and have seen a great improvement in my overall fitness and change in my body shape that I hadn?t been able to achieve with other PT?s.  David is very friendly and encouraging and his sessions are challenging and fun at the same time.  As I have said at the start of this post, I can?t recommend him enough.
