Hi All, I am in the process of purchasing a property in the East Dulwich area and considering the necessity of a homebuyers/full structural survey. Initially I was happy proceeding with the mortgage valuation but I am starting to read that many properties in SE22 have suffered from subsidence. Property was built in 1920's, is in a good state of repair and is nowhere near any trees, no cracks or signs of any subsidence or heave visible. Any advice welcome as leaning towards
