I recently moved in a house and we had a water penetration through the window (old timber frame/single glazing) 

it might be a guttering issue or a sealant that has worn out, does anyone know someone who can help?

Hello Everyone!

I'm looking for a handyman or a carpenter to fix a sliding panel: It is a bespoke panel hung from the ceiling through a door track.

My son pushed it against the wall, we heard a crack and now it's stuck. It's probably one of the wheels that have gone, it should be a relatively simple job but the main problem is to remove the panel, as it's almost 3 meters high. 

Please let me know if you think it's something you can do. I can also provide more pictures of the truck in case needed!
