Looking for a Seamstress to alter a dress for a legal ceremony (it is also a beautiful dress, so would be disappointed if it got ruined). Looking to adjust the neckline, so need someone who can support altering of design, as well as adjusting general measurements. Any recommendations are so appreciated, thanks! x

To be honest, and in personal experience, police reports don't always result in anything, so maybe she feels alerting her local community here is enough for now. Also, it's not actually anyone's fault besides the offender whether *he chooses* to do it again to others- let's not victim blame here. Sending lots of love to OP! <3
