Can anyone recommend someone to come and put up a new fence and plant some grass?

Whilst this is great (I say this without too much knowledge of exactly how much better this will be from an environmental perspective) - what would make it even better from a transportation and accessibility perspective is if the bus actually went all the way to Honor Oak station.

We had a company do a drain survey in which it was recommended that the drain under our garden that has a leak be repaired as well as the ground which is as a result now damp be dug up and replaced.

Unfortunately the company then disappeared? and now we need someone to carry out the works but we are struggling to find anyone.

Does anyone have any recommendations?

Reading this thread and wondered whether apart from the management (and I appreciate that is a big concern) whether people have any views on the actual nursery. I also understand that they have changed nursery manager recently.
