Large room, now with a comfy single bed (updated since the photo), a chest of drawers and easy chair, plus a shared bathroom, kitchen/diner and garden. The property is terraced cottage with a sunny garden. It's 5 mins walk to Forest Hill station; 3 mins walk to buses to Crystal Palace, Victoria, Lewisham. Close to both Goldsmiths' College and Lewisham Hospital. The Council Tax is Band D. In total, the council tax and bills - including super-fast broadband - come to about £320 a month and you would pay half of that in addition to the rent, which is £725 per month. Total therefore of around £885 per month. Short lets - up to six months - welcome, with a review at the end if you would like to stay for longer. Any questions, please DM us.

Another glowing recommendation from me! Mark and colleague came to my lock-up to clear out the remaining tiles, tile sealants, pallets and shelves and even provided a screwdriver for me to dismantle shelves I was keeping and swept up when they finished! Super-nice, laidback guys and a very reasonable price. They also picked up some old paint and timber from outside my house nearby. In the past, scrap clearers have asked hundreds of pounds for a tiny amount of stuff. Knight & Son are amazing and truly take the stress out of these situations. 100 per cent recommended.
