    Here's a little exercise you can do which is fun and when you get used to doing it, you'll start doing it throughout the day (in the privacy of your own home, of course!) Slightly bend your knees about a hip-width apart. Stick your bottom out and then quickly in again, imagining there's a string pulling your tummy button in from behind and inside towards your back. I hope this makes sense. You could even do this seated but make sure you're breathing normally so that you could be doing this AND talking at the same time. It's no use if you're holding your breath.

  2. Hello there. Well there's me!! I would offer you some brilliant personal training that you'd enjoy. I believe in the 3-minute work-out. No, it's not JUST 3 minutes, but 3 minutes or so for each set of muscle groups. 3 minutes of cardiovascular such as skipping/leg-kicks, then 3 minutes on arms/shoulders and working down to legs.


    I'd be very reasonable, I promise!

  3. And Joanna, if you get inundated with people and you need an assistant, I'd love to assist. I'm a trained fitness instructor but I don't want to work in a gym particularly. I would like to specialise in healthy ladies who want to get toned and achieve a reasonable level of fitness. I've devised my own set of exercises based on ballet and yoga. I also teach facial exercises.
