In car DVD players

Hi All,

Does anyone have an in car DVD player they?d recommend? There are so many options out there ? are ones with rechargeable batteries or auto restart (so the DVD picks up where it left off) worth it.

Any recommendations gratefully received.

I think auto restart is useful and one that can charge from a socket at home and in the lighter socket in the car. I haven't had a battery operated one. We have a Panasonic that has done some good service but has now stopped working. i bought the sony ones - a bit more expensive - but the battery life is immense..

you can get through 2 full feature films without charge - nothing more upsetting than a dead DVD player when the kids are screaming !
