Getting rid of unwanted bikes

I want to recommend the following business: we have just had a clear out and taken some unwanted bikes to THE BIKE PROJECT in 12 Crossthwaite Avenue SE5 8ET. www.thebikeproject.co.uk

great workshop and friendly people renovating bikes for sale and a charity providing bikes for asylum seekers and refugees.

Thanks so much for the recommendation, Fiona - we really appreciate it!

We will also be at the Dulwich Festival Fair on Goose Green on 8th May, with some kids bikes for sale...and a Dr Bike session if you've got a problem with your bike and want to ask one of our professional mechanics.

    • Purse with cash and cards (including photo card) found in road local to East Dulwich Tabernacle. It will be here (107 Barry Road) all day (Sunday 21 December) if you want to collect or PM me.  In case some one else who knows R Howard, please alert her.    Thank you
    • Thanks Sue.  No the car just drove on.  We don't know if they noticed.  We were driving behind.  We were just glad we could be with the cat, and take him to the vet, rather than leaving him there 😞
    • Certainly the infamous (and mythical) SE London cat killer turned out to be foxes attacking dying and dead cats injured by cars, but fox: cat encounters do appear to happen, even where cats are victorious. Fox: adult humans less so. At least where foxes are the aggressors.
    • That was very kind of you to take the cat to the vet. Did the car not stop?
