My first stall market business

Will anyone tell me what do I need to do in order to establish my cake business.I would like to start with selling my vegan cakes on the stall market at East Dulwitch market.Many thanks.Ella

You will need to apply for a market spot on the Southwark Website - you may find that there is a wait or that your application is blocked as I have read previously that new food stall stops are restricted.

You will also need to make sure your baking space has been inspected by the council. I'm not sure if its a requirement or not but making sure you have a current food hygiene certificate cannot hurt.
