I don't know for sure but having been jumped on at the One O'Clock club for taking a photo of my own kid on my phone, I would guess the same policy would apply in a Southwark library. I imagine it may depend on the day to some extent on the staff, how busy they are and how much they see it as an important issue for them to deal with...particularly if they are librarians and not kids specialists.
That is what I thought as my son's dad wanted to take photo in the children's library but as there were lots of kids around I didn't think it would be wise because I am often ( due to my job) going to places with children and the staff is always making it clear that no photos, even if they are your own children, are allowed. Bit sad really that taking photos of them in soft plays, drop in centres, swimming pools etc is banned, usually it makes a nice kodak moment with them looking happy and against a lovely background.

    • Hi, Have you been letting her out the front door onto the street or would this be a first & therefore unfamiliar with the area? Does she respond to a name & is she spayed & microchipped? Our team carry scanners on our daily routes & will of course be looking our for her. I hope you are reunited with her soon. If not already, notify your street & surrounding streets (find out if they have Whatsapp groups) Dox will print & deliver free missing posters https://www.doxdirect.com/help/free-missing-pet-posters/ Call her at dusk & dawn when street & foot traffic is at its lowest. • A slightly delayed review but another one to echo Niko's praises. I had an issue with a cistern that needed replacing and Niko was attentive and did a great job. He was very diligent, explained what he was doing and fixed issues from a previous plumber's work. I will definitely ask for his help again if I have any issues in the future.
    • In good condition.  The seal should be intact.  Thanks
    • Used John to plaster the hallway ceiling in my house, he arrived on time and did the job to a very high standard. He tidied up after himself (my wife was super impressed) . The price was as agreed and I could not recommend John enough. I would 100% use his skills again.
