Pigeon spikes

Hi

I am looking for someone to put up pigeon spikes on external pipes on our loft conversation and on the guttering around the whole house. The tiles on the loft conversion need cleaning as well, thanks to the pigeons. Looking for someone with a very long ladder - can anyone recommend anyone?
