This boiler is in full working order comes with all the fitting valves etc and flue. We are doing an extension and are upgrading the size of our boiler. The boiler is 6 1/2 years old and has been working really well for us (normal Victorian terraced house).

The boiler comes with a remote thermostat and 7 day timer which is free standing and can be moved around the house as required - we've found this is very useful.

Other features include built-in frost protection and built-in filling loop.
