Hi


Has anyone got any experience with applying for planning permission ( small side extension so we can open downstairs section and put bi folding doors) on a leasehold property? The leaseholder is Southwark Council so I would imagine the application will be very painful :)!!


Also, can anyone recommend a good architects that work in East Dulwich and that can draw up plans and apply for such a permission?
