Recommendations to make birthday cake

Hi,

I am seeking someone who can make novelty birthday cakes. My daughters 15th birthday is coming up quick and fast(26th April) and she loves her trainers.So was hoping someone can recommend a cake maker who can be creative and design a cake in the shape of a trainer for her birthday bash.

Inside would have to be sponge ( she loves chocolate!!)

Not too expensive in price and to feed 10-15 people.
