Tame Clown wanted!

I am looking for a clown to entertain at my daughter's 3rd birthday party but not one who is going to splat a custard pie in their face or blast a horn unexpectedly in ear etc as I'll just have a load of crying kids on my hands. Any ideas?

I took my daughter to a party and they had a woman clown who was called something like "Jonty the Gentle Clown." Though I might have got the name slightly wrong. Anyway, she was, as the name suggests, not at all loud or scary. Maybe try googling her?

We used Mini the Clown at that age - very gentle. But you would have to google her. Catford maybe???

Hey I do childrens parties. I could entertain them and also do balloons and facepaints. At a party like this I turn up about 15 mins before the start, and make Balloon models for the children. We then play a number of party games and games all the children can take part in. Followed by a break for food, while i set up Facepaints. I supply the party music, ballons, and facepaints.

Thanks for the tip verds, I did track mini down but she has moved out of Catford to Gloucestershire so including petrol money would cost ?200 which I thought was rather a lot of money to be spending on a 3 year olds party so am back to drawing board.

The birthday boy/girl can choose from one of our fantastic themed parties, create their own theme, a drama based party or a clown to do balloons and face paints.

This unique Drama Xl party will be one to remember as the children end the with a performance created by themselves.
