Hi,

Yes, they are plain. They come in a sealed double packet with water and you drain the water and cook.

I used to add any low fat version of what I'd normally add to spaghetti or stir fry noodles like veg chilli, prawns or bolognese. I tastes very similar and is 0 fat and carbs.
