Recommendations for complete home renovation

Hello,

My partner and I are looking to completely renovate our 2 bed maisonette. This would include some replumbing, rewiring, redo bathroom and kitchen, taking down one structural wall and general redecoration/refurbishment.

We are looking for someone we can trust to give us advice, completely manage the project from start to finish, with contacts who they can liaise with. We both work long hours so someone who we can rely on to look after the renovation, in line with budget and timescales is very important.

Does anyone have recommendations for similar projects you may have completed? Would be interested in chatting more about your experience, have a look at photos etc if that's okay! Only genuine recommendations please!

Hello,

Hope you don't mind mentioning our company Big Small Building Solutions Ltd .Please check our website http://kitchenandbathroombuilderdslondon.co.uk/( although we haven't had a chance to update it in the last 4 years). Our project manager is Atanas - you can search his name in the right top corner and there will be some of the recommendations we have .Let me know if you have further queries ,we will be happy to provide free no obligation quote.

Kind regards,

Iliana

Property Facelift

Hi

just been through a complete refurb, new interior walls , elecs, plumbing, roof, heating, extension etc.

i used Vidas from www.vabuild.co.uk

exceptional finish and first class communication - on the back of the work he did on ours he has become busy - but worth the wait if you can get him and his team.

also not Dulwich based - so price is reasonable compared to some of the prices i had from the usual dulwich companies

    • Well I don’t approve for a shop doing the same food to open so near - just wrong in my opinion. Why not go to the village, Peckham - foot fall would be great in Peckham and certainly more multi  cultural than ED. Village has money but doubt foot fall would be as good as ED.  At least they could have gone to the stretch leading up to Peckham Rye or why not bottom of Barry Road?? Or even North Cross Road I for one, on principal won’t be going in.
    • Heh yeah haven't even bothered to remove the emdash. The OP is AI slop as well.
    • The street directory is on Ancestry and you'll need a subscription to access.  It's reasonably easy to navigate though you have to find the page you're looking for by a combination of trial and error/guesswork.  https://www.ancestry.co.uk/imageviewer/collections/61265/images/47056_263021009499_1592-00159?usePUB=true&_phsrc=Soz1793 There is though also a general search page for London directories where the street name can be entered in the keyword field and results will take you to the specific pages. https://www.ancestry.co.uk/search/collections/61265/
