Hello

Thanks for the enquiries to date. Just to clarify, I'm not looking for a long term flatmate - but am open to guests staying for a few weeks if renovating their house, visiting friends etc. Also if visitng parents etc need regular weekend accommodation in East Dulwich then this may be good for them too!

Thank you Matt for letting the room to me. I can throughly recommend staying here, the flat is beautiful, the room is large, with all the facilities you could possibly need. It made my stay for work in London relaxing and straight forward. The flat is on a quiet room yet I was just a stones throw from the cafes, bars and shops of Lordship Lane. Matt and his partner are very warm, welcoming and easing going... a pleasure to stay with. Thank you once again. Sally
