Post delivery problems???

Hi there,


I was wondering if anyone was having problems with their mail deliveries of late???

Only a fairly recent thing, but in 2010 our deliveries have gone haywire. I am regularly getting mail for upstairs, although it is clearly addressed to the 1st floor flat, and it is becoming somewhat of a ritual to exchange mail with our neighbours at the end of the day! I even got mail for #85 when we are blatantly #83. I have complained to royal mail about this, and was wondering if anyone else is having the same probs, and have also complained. I noticed that down the road someone has posted a laminated sheet on their door politely explaining which flat they are, and where to deliver the mail for other addresses, so I know I'm not alone. Is this a problem elsewhere, or are we just blessed in Copleston road with a monkey for a postie???

      Another recommendation for Adam on the Dartmouth Road. Have been going there for years. I will never go anywhere else (unless I move home to somewhere far away!) No faff, very reasonal price and nice atmosphere 👍

      Thanks so much I’ll try that too… might still try getting hold of an air purifier as well if at all possible - want to try cover all bases!

      The 185 is often the same. But that's why buses sometimes (and annoyingly) stop to "regulate the service". To be fair, it's often due to traffic conditions. If there is not much traffic, the one behind catches up with the one in front.

      I imagine this is because of the average  additional time involved, due to the styles. You could have asked the reason? I will ask, next time I'm in there.  Many salons have this differential pricing.
