Mysore self practice yoga

Reaching out to local yogis! Is anyone interested in practicing Mysore yoga? Sadly, Goose Green Clinic no longer offers this type of self practice class. However I have contacted them and they suggested that, should there be enough demand, they would consider re-instating the classes.

Yes, although I was planning to start going to the Mysore classes at The Shala.

Yes I've been to their 11.15 Sunday class with Gingi Lee. Excellent class, comes with a heated room! But I was thinking of proposing morning classes at GGC, around 6.30am. Would you be up for that?
