Free builders sand and plumbing bits

I've got 1.5 bags of builders sand left over from my patio if anyone wants them. Perfectly good but surplus to requirements.

I've also got 1.5m of 7inch pipe and a trap and a couple of elbows if you're interested. They're unused but some of them are connected and again are left over from when I did the drainage on my patio.

It's all in the front garden of 84a Forest Hill road behind the rubbish bags so just turn up and take what you want.
