Looking for Media Work Experience

Hi guys,

In wondering if anyone can help me out, I'm a Film and Television graduate and since leaving university I haven't been able to get any work experience in the media field due to my lack of experience in the field (how funny the world work hey!) I'm wondering if anyone working in the media industry would be able to help me with a little work experience paid or unpaid. Would be a great help.
