I have a Phil and Teds Navigator V2 with the doubles kit and a sheepskin pramliner. It needs a new brake handle, which I haven't replaced and so it doesn't currently work but a replacement part should be available. I have just borrowed another friend's double pram instead of getting this one fixed so am happy to pass this onto anyone who is interested.
