Children's sleep - What is 'normal' - a talk for parents

A talk aimed at empowering parents who want to learn more about helping their child develop healthy sleep routines. Aimed at parents with children aged 0 to 7 years old and hosted by DUCKS Kindergarten and Infants' School on Saturday 14 May 10 am to 12 noon. Dr Stavrou, Clinical Pyschologist, will cover topics such as managing expectations about infant sleep development, facts about sleep physiology, making sense of conflicting advice and will give practical tips for babies, infants and school age children.

The cost is ?15 to include the talk, tea, coffee and home baked cakes.

    • You wouldn’t need to be Emily Thornberry to figure out which places are most likely to have them up cant believe the crap she got over that 
    • The scary thing is you dont have to travel far out of Dulwich to see the flags flying.
    • In part, it’s largely down to people not actually caring about anyone or anything else apart from their own gratification (btw, there are better ways to get a dopamine fix)
