Lofts in landells road

Has anyone had their loft converted and ceiling heights lowered as a consequence in any of the Victorian terraces on landells road. We're thinking about getting our loft done but I'd like to see how low the ceilings feel once lowered and what space you might gain from converting the loft. If anyone has had this done on landells road (or a road with similar houses) and wouldn't mind me and mr me having a quick look around I would be really greatful.

Get a full sheet of hardboard and hold it at the height it will finish at, this will give you a much better idea of the look which you will have to live up with.

my customer lives on landells and i would not advise a loft i think it would not be worth it, is it a two bedroom? as most are the money spent in cuurent market would be better used to move to bigger place.

Given that half the street seems to be having a loft conversion at the moment it must be a feasible option. I'd suggest asking one of the houses that's currently being converted if they'd mind showing you the finished result.

We're having our loft done in Melbourne Grove, same issue with the first floor ceilings... Awesome builder though, did my Mum's loft 20 years ago in Fulham!
