Office to Rent

Hi,

I have an office to rent from Thursday,

Its on Lordship Lane, a couple minutes walk to all the local shops and 7 minute walk to East Dulwich station which has brilliant transport links to Kent and London.

The office itself is 19x20 ft so is a big office.

It has two large windows letting in the natural light.

You will be on the top floor of a 2 floor building, and the other rooms are rented out to all different kinds of businesses, the reason our tenants are leaving is because their business has vastly expanded and they have found a suitable space to accommodate their needs.

You will have 24/7 access to the space, with your own key and will benefit from a intercom door if you need any clients etc

Your business rates are excluded from the rent but if you are a small business you are exempt from paying.

I am asking for 700 per month rent.

If you are interested then please contact Lauren on 07530666622.

Thank you.

    • I think a Greggs would be great - I bet it would be really busy, but would need tinted windows to protect the locals from being spotted. It could be ED's dirty little secret.
    • KFC and Mcdonalds are going to split the floorspace. Greggs will have a sausage roll kiosk in the back.
    • Thanks to those who came to the November drinks! Some interesting conversations, as always! We may give the December drinks a miss (as it's such a busy time for socialising and people have other things on)  and restart in January. If anyone has any strong feelings one way or another, please let us know as we have to book the space!
    • Blah Blah, many of us are grateful to you for taking the first steps towards saving the park from further privatisation and exploitation. A truly valuable community service. I do hope Cllrs Hamvas and Mills can find the time to advocate for the future of the park, rather than seemingly view it as a useful events space for private hire money-spinner for a cash-strapped council.
