Baby massage and baby Yoga

Natalie Doula will be running 2 Baby courses at Mothers inc. starting in June.

A four week Baby Massage course will be starting on

Friday 3rd June from 1.30-2.30pm.

The course is a wonderful way to experience the joy of baby massage with your baby and meet other local mums. The sessions are most enjoyable for babies 6 weeks to 6 months

A four week Baby Yoga course will be starting on

Tuesday 7th June from 12.45-1.45pm.

The baby yoga course is great for babies who are now out of the newborn stage and ready to explore through movement, stretches and songs. The course is best enjoyed by babies who are 4 months to 10 months

Both courses will be held at Mothers Inc 124 Forest Hill Rd SE22 0RS.
