Patio help required

So after having Tweedledum and Tweedledumber lay our patio last year, I need help putting our it right! The steps need rendering on the face, all the steps need cement used as they're coming loose (T & T thought they'd just use sand on overhanging steps....) and some replacement slabs cut and laid. Not a particularly interesting job, but recommendations would be greatly received or call to discuss.
